Shipping policy
Shipments have a cost of €1.90 for the peninsula. The estimated delivery time is 24-48 business hours.
The preparation (processing) time for your package is typically done within 24 hours following the day of purchase. To this time, the shipping time is added once it's handed over to the transportation company. That means if you make a purchase on a Monday, we will send your package on Tuesday, and you will receive it on Wednesday.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products will be delivered instantly to the email address (provided during the purchase process) once the payment is completed.
You can purchase digital products from any country in the world.
PLEASE NOTE
Orders will be processed on the same day we receive the purchase notification, unless the order is placed on a holiday or weekend. In that case, it will be processed on the next business day.
Please be aware that during periods of high demand, such as Black Friday or the holiday season, delivery times may be delayed.
If you do not provide the correct address for the order (for physical delivery or digital delivery via email) and do not notify us within minutes after the order (before it is processed), and the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, there will be no option for a refund, and a new shipment will be at the customer's expense.
Once the shipment has been made, it will not be possible to change the shipping address. The customer is responsible for the loss of the package due to an incorrect address.
By making a purchase on our website, you accept all the present terms, so if they are met, there will be no refunds.
Return to our warehouses due to delivery impossibility
From the order confirmation, we will process the shipment so that you receive it within the agreed time.
If, during the delivery, we have attempted to contact you multiple times through different means of contact and have made more than 2 attempts to deliver to the address provided without a successful response, you must contact MRW within 15 days to prevent the return of the order to our offices. In the case of a return due to delivery impossibility or no response, we reserve the right to charge for the return shipment to our offices, as well as a new shipment to your address. The cost of shipments will depend on the origin. Please check the prices in the shipping policy.
You can also choose to receive a full refund by paying for the return shipment.
