Our products are exactly as they are described in the product descriptions and advertisements. Please make sure to read the product descriptions before placing an order.

We understand that sometimes a purchased product may not meet your expectations or may not be compatible with your needs. However, we would like to remind you that all of our templates are the result of a collective effort, where we have invested all our time, experience, and knowledge to develop solutions that can make a difference in your life.

If you feel that the product does not meet your expectations, we would love to hear your feedback so that we can improve. We greatly value customer feedback, and any opportunity for improvement will help us move forward.

Please remember that digital products are usually not eligible for returns due to the impossibility of returning them once they have been redeemed or the download link has been obtained. We want to provide an additional satisfaction guarantee in exchange for receiving your feedback to enhance the purchasing and usage experience for future customers.

In this case, you will only be allowed to request a refund for a maximum of 1 product per order. This is a measure to prevent fraudulent purchase behavior. Please note that bundle offers are not considered a single product. You will need to select the product that did not meet your satisfaction, and we will refund the corresponding amount at the current selling price, after filling out the feedback form within 14 natural days from the date of purchase.

Once we receive and review the fully completed form, we will contact you within 48 hours to inform you about the status of your return and provide any additional instructions, if necessary. If your return is approved because you have answered all the questions in detail, we will refund the purchase amount through the same payment method used in the original transaction.

We want to emphasize once again that digital products are typically not eligible for returns due to the impossibility of returning them once they have been redeemed or the download link has been obtained. Laws related to returns and refunds in Spain are primarily regulated by Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. This law incorporates Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, which establishes European standards for consumer rights in the field of distance and off-premises sales.
