Get comfortable. Before you start writing, it helps to do a short guided meditation to end your day in peace. The goal is to start writing from a place of calm, away from the noise and rush of the day.
After your meditation, it's time to begin. Let everything inside you flow onto the paper: your emotions, thoughts, worries, joys, and ideas. Start with your daily reflection by answering the questions you'll find on your daily page.
When you finish your daily reflection, mark a spot on the emotion map (based on how you felt today) and another spot on the body outline (where you feel it). This way, you'll start to see how your emotions show up in your body. When you know what you feel and where you feel it, you get a much clearer picture of what you need.
Every Sunday, you'll find new experiences designed to help you let go of attachments, emotions, and feelings across different parts of your life. It's the first journal with the power to heal your emotions from the inside out.
